Provide 3rd level reactive and proactive performance management for mission critical systems. Identify requirements for real-time alerts to notify support groups of a current or potential performance problem. Respond to real-time performance alerts to resolve performance problems, regular on-going review of analysis of performance data to identify current performance problems and proactively detect potential future performance problems. Define requirements for performance management tools and databases and provide on-going support of the clients operation. Plan and implement as per client's proposal(s). Provide recommendations in Call Center technology and design. Ensure day-to-day support of the domain and components supported are maintained, optimized and used effectively within a high level of availability.
Web and App Hosting Front-Line Support position; Strong knowledge of web application hosting technologies including: Windows 2000, & 2003 Operating Systems, all versions of IIS, HTTP and HTTPS and content load balancing; TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, SSL, PKI, firewalls, load balancers, and website monitoring.
Excellent team player with good consulting skills, outstanding customer service & communications skills
Proven ability to multi-task and manage risk
Proven ability in metrics preparation and analysis
Leadership qualities: Integrity, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Deadline management
Two years of web hosting infrastructure or web technology experience
