1. ODBC Data Sources its server name, description, driver, host, database.
2. Database Servers: server name and version
3. Databases installed their name, collation, users, size, filepath, transize, tranfilepath, servername, options.
Is there any file that I can read or any command that I can fire.

Why are you asking about mysql, DB2 informix, sybase, etc. in an Oracle specific forum?
To what do the above names refer? You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
The average person thinks he's above average!
For most folks, they don't know, what they don't know.
Good judgement comes from experience. Experience comes from bad judgement.
