Question Unanswered: Create Undetermined number of textboxes

Hello. I am developing a db so that my boss can enter telephone charges. We have around 50 phone lines from two different service providers. What I want to do is this:

Have a combobox on the form that the user will select the provider. Once the user selects the appropriate provider, the form will then be filled with textboxes and labels.

Each phone line should have one text box and the textbox label should be the telephone number.

I am stuck and cannot seem to figure out a way to perform this task.

    Any help will be appreciated.

Is there a particular reason you have to use textboxes and labels? It sounds like a perfectly good situation to use a cascading list in a listbox after the combobox is selected. What you're asking is like asking "How do I walk across the Mojave desert?", while I'm asking "Why not use the doon bugy?"; sure it's doable, but why would you want to when there's such an easier way!

I am not sure what a cascading list is. I will read up on it and let you know.

    Thanks.
