Systems support to ICS billing team in responding to customer inquiries, assisting in mechanization of processes and provide analysis of business needs. Responsible for customer facing responses of Claims/Disputes Adjustment Tracking subledger inquiries, including mechanization and completion of the monthly results and metrics reporting and mechanization of inward statement validation, utilizing advanced Access, Excel and PowerPoint and Oracle skills. Provides support to the team in preparation, maintenance, analysis and presentation of financial performance results. CANDIDATES NEED STRONG ACCESS SKILLS AND DISPLAY THE ABILITY TO PROGRAM IN ACCESS.
