    Unanswered: Logging changes in Form

I have a form that I would like to log the username into a table every time they change something on the form. Can you direct me to the rigth place, if there is already some info on this or guidance? I currently use the function of identifying the user by their Windows id, so I have that part so far.

    Thanks!
