    Unanswered: ORA-01747: invalid user.table.column,

    Dear All

I just created a table and inserted values in this by using following command and i got error as.

    Code:
INSERT INTO "NIL"."SURVEY_INPUTS" (BATCH) VALUES ('ABCD')
One error saving changes to table "NIL"."SURVEY_INPUTS":
    Row 1: ORA-06550: line 1, column 25:
    PL/SQL: ORA-06552: PL/SQL: Compilation unit analysis terminated
ORA-06553: PLS-320: the declaration of the type of this expression is incomplete or malformed
    ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
    PL/SQL: SQL Statement ignored
and when I using forms 9iDS and insert values through form then I got the following error:

ORA-01747: invalid user.table.column, table.column, or column specification errors
Can any one help me to diagnose the problem.

    Thanks.

Do you have an insert trigger defined for that table?

Is that the full statement you are running?
