    Unanswered: listing max 5 scores

    Hello,
    I wanna show 5 top scores in one table in html output.I have oracle 11g.is there way to show this to user?
    every time I have to query table and prepare excell file.
    I wanna give user a weblink.
    is it possible in oracle 11gb

    set markup html on

    in sqlplus, then spool the results to a file.

    Hello,
    I had read this before.I am looking for something else which I can get results from webserver.
    it's like creating html outpus with plsql packages or psp pages.
    problem is I donot have oracle application server,I have only oracle database

    Most browsers today can accept XML formated data as an alternative to HTML.
    V11 Oracle can produce reports in XML format.
    You can lead some folks to knowledge, but you can not make them think.
