Unanswered: Text file SQL DB to csv format

    Hello all,
So basically i have a sql database in text format and i want to convert it to csv format so i can actually view the data in the database. The problem is i am a complete newb and don't know where to start. Alternatively, if mysql provides a way i can view the database in a user friendly format, that would be fine also.
Can any of you guru's here guide me to the right path?

try anyone of the various products such as PHPMyAdmin

or databse maintainence packages like MySQL Adminstrator or Heidi SQL

MySQL Administrator can do backups, export to CSV, as can PHPMyAdmin

MySQL Query browser can return rows based on your SQL, it depends how good you SQL is as to whether it could be classified as "user friendly"
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton
