I use Crystal Reports to report on an MS Access Database, but each week i am having to amend filters to get the data i want.

I want to set up a form that pops up when i open a report, that will allow me to enter parameters for my data required.

i want to filter on:

Year
Week
Etc...

I have seen it done but not sure how to set it up.

Can you please point me in the right direction
