    Unanswered: BCP and the XML datatype

    Anyone know if these 2 get along?

    I have never done them together and I am getting a right truncation error.

    Ayup chap, I take it you never heard anything from anyone else about this??

    I've come across a similar thing recently and I think the answer to your question is "do they eff!".

    I was working with varchar(max) but the principal should be the same:
