Unanswered: Access Mulitple Table and Report Problem

    Hello to all!!!!!

I have an issue but not sure if it can be done... I am using Access 2007...

I am creating a Project Tracking Database. Each record has a unique ProjectID and a HandlingPerson. I have created a button to open another form (frmAddHandlers) to add additional handling people to the unique projectid. This is done because some projects may have mulitiple people working on it.

My problem is that I need to create a report that shows all the projects and their handlers... even the handlers in the additional table. For example,

    On the form:
ProjectID #1 Joe (handling person on tblProjectMain)
Bob (additional handling person on tblAddHandlers)
Tom (additional handling person on tblAddhandlers)

    On the report:

    Joe
    ProjectID #1
    Bob
    Tom

    Bob
    ProjectID #1
    Joe
    Tom

    Tom
    ProjectID #1
    Joe
    Bob

Also keeping in mind that some projects will only have the main handling person. I know it seems complicated and now sure if it can even be accomplished. But I thought I would put it out there to see what comes up...

    Thanks for your time!!!!!!

    sam 01,

    Thanks for your reply...

The ProjectID is the common field in both tables to link the handlers to the 1 project. I have created a query that will show all the projects in the table and duplicated projects for the additional handlers.

My issue is the grouping in the report. I would like the primary grouping by the first handling person and show all the additional handlers. But for each additional handler to be grouped and show the project and the other additional handlers....

    Hope its not too confusing...

    Thanks again
