I manage IT for a small nonprofit with technology-challenged employees. We currently use filemaker 5.5 to keep track of everything. We'd like to migrate to a hosted webapp database system, but can't find one that can print documents directly. Any ideas? More generally, what are common document printing solutions for form letters, invoices, etc? I can't imagine that most people export a csv and use word's mail merge every time they send a form letter.
