    Unanswered: Access 2007 Report Filter

    Anyone know how i would go about displaying / hiding fields on a reports based on the value of a check box in a qry ?

    Welcome to the forums.

    Have you checked out the OnFormat event of the detail section yet? If not, try something like:

    Code:
    me.ctlname.visible = me.checkboxName
    EDIT: Note that you'll obviously have to change the names around to match the names of your controls.
    Me.Geek = True

    Yes and i get "cannot find the macro 'me.' ??

    Say the control source to hide name is :Password
    And the check box name in the qry is: Keno

    Then it should look like.

    me.password.visible = me.keno

    That goes in the module on the OnFormat event of the detail section of the report, that's not a macro. This goes in the event code:
    Code:
    on error resume next
    me.Password.visible = me.Keno
    Me.Geek = True
