Unanswered: Quick Query to report help

I have a simple select query which compares if the product quantity is less than the minimum stock level if it is the query returns the records. These records then need to be reordered. However they need to be reported by supplier_ID (this is in my query). My question is how do i generate a report by supplier so that if i had lots of products from 3 different suppliers i would generate 3 seperate reports from my one template?

    what I would do is

create a new query and put the address data form the Supplier table

    create the report

them click the [(= sorting and Grouping and group them by the Supplier_ID

then read the other option on the screen some about Keep together
that will create a new head in the report put the supplier details in that part of the report and pruducts in the details

    done.
    hope this help

    See clear as mud
