    Unanswered: Retriving table

    hi,

    can we retrive table after delete table
    whether any recycle bin option is there in sql server 2005

    Oracle having on "delete flash back" option

    anybody tel me what is in sql server?

    Your options are:
    Restore from your backup
    Restore from your auditing tables
    Purchase Lumigent Log Explorer (I'm not sure this is going to help though - never used)

    You'll be relieved to know this is a mistake you tend to only make once.

    If you are using LiteSpeed for backups you can do an "object recovery" from your backup file.

    Or if you set up a database snapshot you could use that.

    If you have performed a DELETE (and not a TRUNCATE or DROP), you could try to use the log file to do a ROLLFORWARD. But don't ask me how. I've never done it myself
