    Please clarify me:-
what parameters need to be considered before increasing the tablespace?
Can you tell me what commands are used to increasing the tablespace?
How do i identify how much size has to be increased to tablespace?

    Regards,

Depends upon how much more data you want to store and what you want to store.....

ALTER TABLESPACE was all the rage in the 20th century. Nowadays, we create DMS tablespaces with AUTORESIZE YES and they behave just like SMS from space management point of view.

You may be surprised to learn that some tablespaces were indeed created in the 20th century. I would not write off the ALTER TABLESPACE just yet (by the way, you can use it to set AUTORESIZE YES as well...)
