Unanswered: SQL Server Express 2008 won't shut down

Now this is really crazy. When I click stop SQL Server(SQLEXPRESS). It wont stop. Under Protocols for SQLEXPRESS; the Shared Memory is enabled, Named Pipes is disabled, TCP/IP is enabled, VIA is disabled. Now for the Native Client under Protocols ;Shared Memory is enabled, TCP/IP is enabled, Named Pipes is enabled, Via is Disabled. So could someone please help me with this issue?

    Thanks in advance,

    Figured out myself

Something is going on with the permission within my Vista since I updated the components in SQL Server 2008 Express. It keeps making me sign into my Administrative account and it didn't use to do that.
