    Unanswered: Combining fields

    can anybody help on combining two feilds into one in acess?
    is there any way to combine fields without merge software?
    I am not able to pay for the software if there is anybody who knows about any free trial please give me a link or somthing?

    Using a query you can combine two fields into one field.

    As Poppa said, you can use a Query with a Calculated Field. In Design View for the Query, create a new field by entering

    CombinedField: [Field1Name] & " " & [Field2Name]

    Use the Query as the basis for your Forms/Reports, and use the CombinedField as you would any other field in thems.
