Unanswered: Print report to show a particular record

    Hi guys,

I have a report query that shows all my records in a certain order.

I would like to customise the report so i can have a button on my form so that if i am looking at a particular record it will only print that record and no other.

Can someone please tell me or guide me in the right direction.

Im guessing i have to pass some kind of parameter into the report query.

    Many thanks

    I would use this technique:

Open a second form to the record

OpenReport "ReportName", acViewPreview,, "PrimaryKey = " & FormPrimaryKey

Something like that, but you might need to check the number of commas... and substitute all things like "ReportName" and "PrimaryKey".

As I noted in the link, the same technique is available for OpenReport.
