    Unanswered: Runtime Print Problem

In Access 2007 Runtime - I have created reports in an .accdb database that first displays in Print Preview then when I click Print from the Print Prevew bar the reports print normally.

But when I convert the .accdb file to .accdr (runtime) the Print Preview displays normally, but when I click Print it prints my Main Menu form screen (just like a screenshot) not the report.

Anybody have any ideas as to why this is happening and a fix?

There are several known problems with printing reports and Access 2007. see:

How to: Work with Form and Report Printer Settings*[Access 2007 Developer Reference]

I had the same problem. It has to do with the embedded macro behind the print button you have on your report. You can't use the print preview portion of the macro because after you print you can't close the print preview. Just modify the embedded macro and remove the print preview portion of the macro. If they ever update this you can add it back.
