    Unanswered: DoCmd and GoToRec problems

I have a form where a customer can enter characteristics of what type of product they are looking for, and a button will then search the product table to find products that fit the description. I have a button on the product list that will take you back to the search form. The problem I'm having is I want to go back to the form with information the customer has already entered. The only link between the two tables is the characteristics of the product. Is there a way to go back to a particular customer's form?

I have used DoCmd.OpenForm "frmName", , , "ID=" & Me.ctrID to link other forms, but since there is no customerID in the product table, I'm having troubles with this one.

    Many thanks.

Easy. Don't close it. The button on the product list (BACK) need only close the current form then... the previous form would then be revealed, exactly as it was when the user went to the product list.
