Unanswered: how to Password Protect Database

I'm a manager who has never worked extensively on Access. I want to know how do I password protect the database. Is there a way by which I can create different user level passwords.

I also have an example, about message 44,at this thread. How to create user login form (MS Access 2000 - 2003) - Database Journal Forums
This uses a Login screen with three access levels etc.

    What version of Access??

There is always a way, so the short answer is yes, but it can get a little tricky.
