Description

This position provides support for business operations and project teams.

Responsibilities include:
•Analysis of business processes in order to document current/future operational procedures;
•Publishing project communications; project schedules, action items logs, etc…
•Defining, documenting, and managing business/project requirements;
•Documenting process/work flows; communicating user expectation
•Collaborating with business users, technical experts, and end users;
•Ensuring business/customer satisfaction with services and products;
•Coordinate/organize divisional operational and training meetings;

Candidates must have the following minimum qualifications and skills:
•Five (5) years experience in organizational, program, or project management role which included providing leadership in production or project-oriented activities such as planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating;
•Experience must have involved independent decision making, problem solving, and the utilization of written, oral, and interpersonal skills;
•Defining, documenting, and managing business requirements in order to create business requirements documents;
•Ability to develop work products in support of project work, e.g., standard operating procedures, use cases, process matrices, etc….;
•Ability and desire to train on new procedures and new computer systems for end users;
•Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills;
•Ability to work directly with and effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management with varying degrees of computer technical experience; •Demonstrated work experience providing timely information to management, co-workers, and customers by telephone, in written form, email, and in person;
•Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment; and work independently.
•Demonstrated work experience analyzing information and identifying solutions;
•Demonstrated record of dependable work attendance;
•Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to formulate plans based on analysis of key departmental performance indicators;
•Experience in the creation and/or development of written products;
•Served on a business process improvement team. Software experience:
•Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

Preference will be given for the following qualifications and skills:
•Completion of a technical undergraduate degree or a degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a field directly related to the area of assignment.
•Experience working in and delivering excellent Customer Service
•Prior experience as business analyst in functional areas of a business or governmental organization, which involved production or project-oriented work;
•Prior experience using Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology.
•Prior experience delivering training to end users.
•Prior experience developing training, educational and technical documentation.
