    When I execute the command i get the following error

    Try the following if the table is tester and owner is ishu

    then query will be

    select table_name,(select user_name(grantor)) grantor ,(select user_name(grantee)) grantee,selectauth,insertauth,deleteauth,updateaut h,updatecols,alterauth,referenceauth
    from
    systable,systableperm where
    ttable_id = table_id and table_name = 'tester' and creator = user_id('ishu')
