    Unanswered: Use of Combo Box with 2 indexs

    -Set up -
    Parent Form is selecting a Participant unique Index and controls a sub form that will add a new communication record.

    - Problem -
    When the User selects the Participant, I want the combo box to select only the phone number records unique to the participant. I'm having issues populating the list of phone numbers unique to the participant in the combo box. I can get a list of All the phone numbers, but not the ones for just the participant we will be communicating with.

    - Question -
    What method is the best to handel this approach.

    Thanks for the help

    Use a SQL statement as the RowSource for the phone number combo box:
    Code:
    SELECT TableName.PhoneNumber
    FROM TableName
    WHERE TableName.Participant = '[Forms]![FormName]![ParticipantComboBox]';
    You'll need to replace the various bits with your actual table, field and control names.
