    Unanswered: Pointer location and link

I'm new to html and i was wondering if anyone had an answer to this question that i have.

I was wondering if there was an html code for something like this-
    - When you hover your mouse over a wide section of a webpage and press the enter key or space key, you will go to a link that that specific part of the webpage wants it to go.

    for example:
If i have my mouse pointer in the middle of the web page and press the enter key, it will go to Google

If i have my mouse pointer at the top of the web page and press the enter key, it will go to Yahoo!

if i have my mouse over the bottom, it will got to

also i can work with replacing the pointer location with the scroll bar location

Hope you understand and are able to help me out.

Maybe you should ask about HTML in a forum for HTML rather than Access?
