    Unanswered: Subform Basics

    I'm new at this...

In Access 2003, I simply want to move data from the record I select in a subform to an unbound textbox on the main form. I'm not sure what event I use to put the code in. The main form has no record source.

I appreciate the forum to ask!

If you want it to happen when the user simply selects a record, try the current event of the subform.

This is resolved. I created my subform from scratch and was able to put code in the OnCurrent event that worked and didn't generate an error. I also had conditional formatting that didn't work and that was resolved too. Very mysterious...

Thank you all for your support!

Would you mind sharing with me what code you used for the OnCurrent event?

    Thanks,
