    Unanswered: Populate textbox with todays date when clicking command button on another form

    I have an Access database with a form called ‘Job Selected’. On this form is a Command button which opens another form called ‘Job Sign Off Confirmation’.
    On this ‘Job Sign Off Confirmation’ form is another Command button named ‘Command 5’.
    I would like a textbox named ‘SignOffDate’ on the ‘Job Selected’ form to be populated with todays date when the ‘Command 5’ button is clicked (the date that the button is clicked).
    How can I achieve this?

    Thank you for your help.

    Assuming the form Job Selected is still open.

    In the Click event of Command 5
    Add the following

    [forms]![Job Selected]![SignOffDate]=date()
