Unanswered: MDE of linked tables "back end" ?

    Hi Guys,

I split my database then created an MDE file of the front end. Should i do the same with the back end if i dont want anyone messing with the tables?

An MDE doesn't protect the tables, so no.

If you really don't want to allow anyone to mess with tables, your best bet is something like SQL Server.
