Question Unanswered: How do I make a record advance on a Report?

A bit of a noobie question:

I have a list of people as part of my data base. I have 23 lines in alphabetical order, which need to be printed on a form. I have set the picture of the form as a background picture in the details section. I can set Text Boxes on each line; however they always post the same record. I need the record to advance 23 times, print that form, and then continue on to record 24 to 47, and so on.

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Print with reports, not forms. One set of fields in the detail section, bound to your table's fields. The report will "advance the records" automatically.
