    Unanswered: Custom PopUp Box

I want to make a form, set it up how I wish, and make it act as a pop-up.

I want this pop-up to "pop up" or appear when a user types a value into a combo box that is not in the combo box's data list.

Anybody have any ideas how I go about making this work?

    Thanks a lot,
    CT

What exactly do you mean with "pop-up box"? I guess its a window akin to a dialog box but what would be its specific properties ?

I want this form to only appear or "pop-up" when the user enters something that is not a record in my combo box.

    Make sense?

    Thanks for help,

Set the combobox Limit to List property to Yes. Then use its NotInList event to open your popup form.
    Hope this helps!

    Missinglinq,

There might be more than one way to skin a cat but yours is definitely the easiest and cleverest one.

    Have a nice day!
