    Unanswered: Query and criteria

I have a query which limits the records viewed by:
in its criteria the following is stated
<>"Completed Training" And <>"Prior Employment Training"
    This works.

But now I want something that works like the following
(ie it does not give any records that have 'Employment Training' in them, even if there is an other word in front of it eg Prior Employment Training, Pre Employment Training etc)

<>"Completed Training" And <>"* Employment Training"
The above does not work - no error occurs it just ignores And <>"* Employment Training"

<>"Completed Training" And <> like "* Employment Training"
The above does not work - an error occurs - The expression you entered contains invalid syntax.

<>"Completed Training" And <> like "Employment Training"
The above does not work - an error occurs - The expression you entered contains invalid syntax.

    Can you help me?

For wild card matches you have to use Like (or in your case, Not Like).
