    Unanswered: Vanishing combobox column

In an effort to save others the irritation I went through......

Access 2003 sp 3 has a fun new feature that causes the bound column of a combo box based on a table or query to show up blank if the underlying field is formatted at the table level.

I would never have found that. I never ever ever format at the table level.

Actually, this bug has been well known since the week after SP3 came out. For a short article on this and other bugs introduced by this service pack, as well as a link to the hotfix that corrects the combobox bug, have a look at Allen Browne's Microsoft Access Flaws - Bugs introduced by SP3 for Access 2003
    Hope this helps!
