Unanswered: How do you adjust/fix the height of a popup & continuous form?

This seems like it would be a simple thing to do, but I can't seem to find how to do it...

I have a MainForm that has a button, when clicked it will popup a product's specifications... the specs are located in a separate table, so before the popup opens, Do.Cmd OpenForm is used to filter the results to the item number...

Problem is that the popup seems to be the height of about 40 records, even though only ~10 are shown... I've removed the space from the header, footer, and main form of the design, so the records that *are* shown are the correct format... it's just a large space below them.

I would like to have it so when the popup opens, the form is sized to however many specifications there are (varies from 10-20 for a product)

Size it whilst in Design, save it, close it.

Or you can set it with code.

Thanks StarTrekker. Problem was that I had set the properties in both Design mode and in the VBA... so whenever I tried to change the size, it wouldn't let me until I turned off the VBA settings.
