Red face Unanswered: I h8 pivot charts... heeelllllp.

    oookay here's my ridiculous problem.

Because of a misunderstanding and n00bishness on my part, I may have promised my users something I may or may not actually be able to give them.

I've got a lil query that returns records for one inmate, with their name, ID number, and information about their lab results, most importantly the Collection Date and INR.

My user wants to be able to click a button, pick an inmate and generate a CHART showing him the trend of their INR over X number of months, whatever length of time he picks.

All the examples of this in my huge MS Access 2003 handbook are kinda... I don't understand them. Is it possible to make a pivot chart with such simple data? There are no calculations or anything like that. Just 1. Inmate name and DOC Number, and their INR level over the past X number of months.

any help at all would be fantaaaastic. thank yous in advance.
