Question Unanswered: Help - Delete Query!

I have a database with the following fields:

Deal, End User, End User Name, Base Stock Code, Material Type, Status, Material Number, Price per Case, Active Count, and Primary Key (concatenated field of Deal + Base Stock Code + Material Number + Price to create a unique field).

I had compiled this list so as to add materials of similar Base Stock Code to all Deals. However, when I did this there would be multiples of certain materials in the deals. I have been trying to find a way to delete the materials by the Primary Key so that there is only one Material per deal but nothing seems to have worked.

If anyone has any SQL code or anything that could help me with this project I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance!
