    Unanswered: HELP ! - MS Access Forms: LOOKUP and Autopopulating Fields


    How can I set up my Purchase Order form so that when I select a product using LOOKUP 3 other fieldds automatically populate with the corresponding record/info for the specific product selected? (the other fields are "Product #", "CorpProduct#", and "Unit Price".

    I apologize for any information I've failed to provide, but will be happy to give any additional information. Thank you very much for any assistance you can provide. I appreciate your time and generosity.

    Include those fields in the forms Record Source definition.

    Assuming your table design is correct.
