Exclamation Unanswered: Sybase 5.5 ODBC Connection Issues

My company is using a product called SupportMagic. I've been tasked with extracting data from its Sybase database. No one here seems to know much about it, other than it's been running here for years. I can connect via Interactive SQL, but I can't seem to get the parameters right when trying to create an ODBC connection. I've downloaded "Sybase Central", but it can't "Find" any Sybase servers on our network.

I know the user name, password, database name, server and the machine that it is hosted on. Am I missing a port number or something? How would I know which one? Is there a SQL statement I can run through Interactive SQL to get this info? Is the Sybase 11 compatible with such an old version?

Thanks for any help on this.

Look at the SQL Anywhere startup parameters
There might be something like e.g.
    dbsrv50 -x tcp{ServerPort=1499} c:\sq....
If not I think the default port is 1498
