    Unanswered: bind combo box - urgent


    how can i bind a combo box?
    i onlly want it to show data from my db - done that
    i just don't want the user to be able to inert data by typing
    i also wondered the same thing about text box

    Set the Limit to List property of the Combo box to Yes

    For Text Boxes set the Locked property to Yes

    I don't see how Limit to List applies, but yes, just lock the controls on your form (Locked = Yes) just as PS suggests and set the Control Sources to your fields names.
