    Unanswered: Export hyperlinks to excel

    Hi,

Is there a way to export a union query to excel and keep the hyperlinks active. When I originally did this the hyperlinks exported as regualr text. I then created a form using the query and exported that in datasheet view and the hyperlinks now appear to be actual links (blue and underlined) however when I click on the link from the excel worksheet the link is broken. How can I correct this? Why does the hyperlink work from my access tables and forms but not when exported?

Any suggestions would be great, thank you!

You will probably have to automate Excel.

Check out this link - run the application. If you see something you like, take the code and use it. Once in Excel, getting it to respect hyperlinks will probably be easy enough. (I'm not sure if I've had to tackle this problem myself many moons ago....).
