Remove invalid entries from DB2PM.INSTANCES table or complete the 'DB2PM.INSTANCES.I_HOST_NAME' field(s) with the correct value. RE: error Performance Expert

If I do send this error but I do not know if I can, support to resolve this problem thanks

    db2 UPDATE DB2PE.INSTANCES SET I_HOST_NAME='jarturov' WHERE I_INSTANCE_ID=3
DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a
valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it returned:
    SQL0204N "DB2PE.INSTANCES" is an undefined name. SQLSTATE=42704
