Did you use "db2iupdt -w 64" to convert your instance from 32-bit to 64-bit? Was the instance stopped? Did it complete successfully?

It looks like the library path have 32-bit libraries in them. Try to source your .profile (. .profile) and then check path/libpath. As a test, you can try creating and starting a brand new 64-bit instance.

    bella ,
u r Correct the .profile which was set in /etc/profile was pointing to 32 bit lib
In db2 instance user .profile the lib path was not define, so it was taking the default path, when modified to lib64 its working.
    thanks again for the reply
