Unanswered: pctfree in syscat.indexes and syscat.tables

manual says pctfree = 10 by default when creating tables and indexes.

what does pctfree=-1 in syscat.tables/indexes mean? does it mean pctfree=10? it does not say anywhere that -1 means default = 10.
then why doesn't it say 10 instead?

    thank you

-1 mean default. I think default is 0% for tables and 10% for indexes.
