Unanswered: how to inherit the toolbars/menu bars from ms access 2003 to ms access 2007

we're trying to migrate our .mdb files (ms access 2003) to ms access 2007.
and we would like to retain the toolbars we have from ms access 2003, of course we could also change the icons, if it's possible.
Do you think it's possible to like hide the ribbon bars for the user only and just show the menu bars/toolbars that they've been working for to ms access 2007?
    Would appreciate your ideas thanks

    Same problem, different topic.

If you upgrade your MDB to ACCDB you will LOSE custom menu bars and toolbars.
