    Unanswered: Chart or Graph

I am in need of creating a chart or graph from an access query. I have tried using the chart wizard in the report menu but this will only allow me to key on 2 items. What I am in need of is a way to key on 3 items.

Example: The created query checks for missing components (up to 3) for complete finished part numbers. We have 10 reasons why a part could be missing. I want to be able to have 1 column per reason with the count for how many times that reason is used over the 3 possible part shortages.

Thanks in advance for any help. If this is unclear I will try to post some examples.

Bump. Ok if I can't do this with access reports is there a third party software that will work with access that can complete this task?

the issue is can you marshall your data adequately in a query.
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

Yes I believe I can. Can you be more specific in your question. There will never be a reason 2 without reason 1 and never a reason 3 without a reason 1 or 2.

    What would be your suggestion?

    Thanks for your help.
