I need to track expenses for our leased cars. It's tricky because a car can be leased at one of our branches for either a salesman or branch manager.
Branch 1 Salesman's car coded to 5300; Br Manager's car coded to 7300
Cars can be moved between branches and Salesman or Br manager employees.
How can I track the expenses of a car originally leased at Branch 1 for a Salesman Jan - Mar, 2009 and then transferred to Branch 2 to the Br Manager? Branch 1 then gets a new leased car for their Salesman Apr - Dec, 2009.
How can I get the total 2009 Salesman expenses for Branch 1?
