Unanswered: Check box needs required field in order to be checked?
Hello, I'm having another issue.
I have a check box, that, when checked, removes it from the query criteria in a form. Before this box can be checked, another field eneds to be filled in, and if it is blank I want it to return an error message.
I have tried validation rules / text, but for what I did (Not Is Null) it wouldn't let me save the record until the field was filled in. I also tried an if statement in VBA but nothing worked there for me.
