Unanswered: Access 2007 Activex spreadsheet control missing

I'm moving an Access 2003 db to 2007. The applications used the MS office spreadsheet contol on a form. In 2007 I don't see the spreadsheet control in the list of activex controls to use. (we are running MS office 2007 professional plus)
How do i get this control back.
    Thanks for any info.

What exactly did this control do? What would you like it to do? I'm afraid I, at least, would need some more information to even begin to offer any help.

The spreadsheet control was used by the users, to build excel formulas that were stored in an access db. These formulas were then used in the generation of other workbooks.
