Unanswered: save query result into new table in new db

I access data from a network MSSQL server at work - every few days or so the information is deleted for a new build.

How do I take a specific query result set, and make a table on my PC so that I can work on the data in my own time?

I would obviously prefer not to redefine the table structure from scratch...

SELECT * ( OR COLUMN LIST) INTO [NEW TABLENAME] FROM [DESIRED TABLE] WHERE [CONDITION ]

the Select Into will create a new table , a copy of your select statement

I work on the network SQL server via remote desktop, but I have MSSQL installed on my PC too...

Issue is that the network MSSQL server and my local install can not see each other, so I will have to export to file, copy it to my PC, then import into my local server(is this feasible?).
