    Unanswered: ReportToPDF

    Hi all,

Does anyone know if Stephen Lebans ever hooked up the password paramter of his ConvertReportToPDF function?

If not, is there a way to password protect a pdf from VBA?

    Thanks in advance,
    Joanne

and if you do get a response it'd be nice to repost it here so others may benefit
I'd rather be riding on the Tiger 800 or the Norton

    Update -

Stephen was nice enough to respond to my question, and very quickly!

The password parameter is working. Just get his latest version from lebans.com. There's a form included that allows you to try it out and take a peek at the code behind it. Very simple to use and the code describes the PasswordRestrictions options.

    Thanks again to Stephen!

Note: Lebans.com is no longer maintained. I just tried going to his site and it appears that he has retired (or his site was hacked).

True, he's retired. But, he did respond to an email even though his site says that he won't. (Lucky for me!)

Also, all of the downloads are still available.
